Hi! I’m Ariel, high school English teacher turned youth librarian at Linwood Public Library in NJ. I’m also a homeschooling momma to three book-hungry little caterpillars. For years now, I’ve dreamed of opening a bookstore and calling it The Mermaid’s Tale. Reality looks like me naming this blog that instead. What began as a graduate school assignment has become a place to chronicle my journey, things I’m learning and doing and trying.
